A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit payment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is non-refundable except where stated. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the safari start date.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Kokomere Adventure Safaris reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, wildlife movement, or other circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and character of the original itinerary. No refunds will be given for changes made for safety or operational reasons.
Travel insurance is not included in the safari price. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency medical evacuation cover, prior to travel. Kokomere Adventure Safaris accepts no liability for costs incurred due to illness, injury, or other events that would be covered by travel insurance.
Kokomere Adventure Safaris operates in wild environments. By booking a safari, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wilderness travel, game viewing, and related activities. Kokomere Adventure Safaris, its guides, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in safari activities, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the activities included in their itinerary. Any relevant health conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to exclude any guest from an activity where, in our judgment, participation would be unsafe.
Photographs taken on safari are for personal use. Kokomere Adventure Safaris may request permission to use guest photographs for marketing purposes. Guests may decline without any impact on their booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Botswana courts.
